Dr Amritash Rai provides non-urgent psychiatric care to Children and Adolescents and is unable to respond to emergencies. Additionally, Dr Rai cannot respond to out of hours inquiries and emergencies.

- Lifeline: 131114 - Lifeline is a national charity providing all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services.
- Suicide Call Back Service: 1300 659 467 – www.suicidecallbackservice.org.au – A free service for people who are suicidal, caring for someone who is suicidal, bereaved by suicide or are health professionals supporting people affected by suicide.
- Veterans and Veterans Families Counseling Service: 1800 011 046 - in support of veterans and their families exposed to military mental health
- Kids Help Line: 1800 55 1800 – www.kidshelpline.com.au – A counselling service specifically for young people aged between 5 and 25.
